1st Impressions Heating & Air Inc. is a trusted HVAC service provider dedicated to quality installations, exceptional customer service, and a strong team-oriented environment. We are looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities:

- Install, replace, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Perform ductwork installations and modifications.
- Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Troubleshoot installation issues and provide solutions.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred.
- EPA certification required.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow job specifications (not required but preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Must be able to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.

Compensation: $250.00 - $800.00 per day
